OUR JOURNEY OF 12 YEARS
Marked a year of strategic acceleration for QGroup with the formation of QPSG and further expansion into Gujarat and Haryana. As the organisation celebrated 12 successful years, it strengthened its national footprint by establishing 16 new branches. The year also witnessed the launch of the IT Staffing Division, the securing of multiple government contracts across the South Zone, and the opening of new branches in Gurgaon and several North Zone locations, reinforcing QGroup’s position as a pan-India service leader.

2024
Transformative year with the formation of QPET and the commencement of operational activities across seven Government ITI and Polytechnic training institutes. QGroup launched QPFMM and formally entered the Property & Facility Management sector. The organisation further strengthened its West Zone presence with branch expansions in Pune and Nagpur, enhancing both its service offerings and geographical reach.
Showcased substantial nationwide expansion. QGroup strengthened its Western operations by opening the Mumbai Zonal Office and commenced new branches in Rajasthan (North Zone) and Odisha (East Zone). The organisation undertook a massive team expansion, introduced the Intellectual Property Rights (IP) vertical, and achieved a key milestone by successfully handling maintenance operations for over 1,000 ATMs across India.

Strengthened QGroup’s northern operations with the opening of new branches in Uttarakhand and the establishment of the North Zonal Office in Noida. This year also marked the introduction of the Staffing & Recruitment vertical, along with the launch of Payroll & Compliance Management services, expanding QGroup’s role as a comprehensive workforce solutions provider.
An year of significant growth in the East Zone, highlighted by the establishment of the Kolkata Zonal Office. QGroup secured several major contracts across Eastern India, strengthening its operational capabilities and expanding its regional presence.

Served as a pivotal year with the consolidation of QSS and QPSS under a unified umbrella—QGroup. This strategic merger strengthened organisational synergy and enabled rapid expansion across multiple cities, enhancing the company’s geographical presence and operational integration.
Marked strong business performance, with QGroup achieving a two-fold increase in financial growth. The organisation onboarded multiple high-value B2B and B2G contracts, significantly boosting its industry credibility and nationwide client base.

Represented a year of operational strengthening. QGroup achieved rapid financial progress, crossed the milestone of 2,000+ manpower sourced, implemented complete payroll compliance, introduced structured employee policies, and conducted impactful social responsibility initiatives, reinforcing a culture of discipline and accountability.
Defined by organisational expansion, including the establishment of the Head Office in Uttar Pradesh and a substantial increase in workforce strength. QGroup diversified its manpower sourcing across multiple categories and successfully catered to over 2,000 different industries.

2016
A milestone year as QGroup achieved more than 7,000 manpower deployments. This year also marked the initiation of the Frisking & Event Management venture, expanding the organisation’s service portfolio into large-scale events and examination operations.
Strengthened the organisation with the formation of QPSS, enabling significant growth in government contracting. QSS flourished with major high-value B2G contracts, enhancing the company’s reputation and reach in public-sector partnerships.

2014
Marked an important foundation-building year as QGroup secured PSARA registration and registered under EPF and ESIC. The organisation attained ISO certification, launched the Facility Management vertical, and initiated its first set of B2B contracts, diversifying its business operations.
The inception year with the founding of QSS. The Security Services vertical was launched, the first branch opened in Lucknow, and the organisation secured its initial B2G business contracts, setting the stage for the remarkable journey that followed.
